Tom Regouski is a multiple-woodwind specialist with a Bachelor’s of Music Degree in Music Education from Concordia College and a Master’s Degree in Multiple-Woodwind performance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He performs on flutes, world/native flutes, recorders, oboe, english horn, clarinets, saxophones and has played in the orchestra for over 75 unique musical-theatre titles.
Tom has also premiered woodwind parts for stage production across the country including the New York Times critic’s pick “Then She Fell”, Andrew Lippa’s “Unbreakable”, “A Magic Flute Experience: The Temple”, “Eleanor of Aquitane” by Adam Gopnik and David Shire produced by the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and “Songs of the Phoenix”, a song cycle featuring works by composers including Stephen Schwartz, Ingrid Michaelson and Stephen Sondheim.
As a Klezmer-clarinet soloist, Tom performed for “We Are Here” at Carnegie Hall. He has also performed with “The Color Purple” National Tour, “The Weston Theater Company and alongside artists such as Kristin Chenoweth, Matt Doyle, Lauren Molina, J. Harrison Ghee, Alice Ripley, Bryce Pinkham, Kate Bladwin, and Scarlett Strallen. In the New York Cabaret scene, Tom has performed with The Skivvies at venues including Joe’s Pub, Feinstein’s 54 Below, and Green Room 42.
Recently, Tom made his Broadway debut in the Reed 2 chair at “Old Friends”, a Stephen Sondheim revue starring Bernadette Peters, Lea Solanga, Beth Leavel, and Gavin Lee.
